Shipping estimates are a little unreliable these days due to Covid and other supply chain pressures. Often you'll get your items before the estimations below, but please keep them in mind when ordering.

Australia: 3-10 days
New Zealand: 8-15 days
Asia: 10-27 days
USA: 10-27 days
Europe: 10-27 days
Rest of world: 10-36 days

Sometimes your local postal service (ex. USPS) may have delivered the package to the wrong address. Please allow up 2-3 days for them to correct this.

If the package is lost you can file a missing package form with your local post or contact us and we can you assist you from our end.

In general Second-hand books/brochures and memorabilia are NOT subject to refund or exchange.

All orders are insured for their full value, if the shipping/postal company damages your package in transit please contact us immediately, and take photos and/or video so we can file a claim.
